★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お気に入りのコートにシミが出来てしまったのでこちらの店舗を利用し、染み抜きをお願いしました。
返ってきたコート(カーキ色)を見た所、とても酷い輪染みが複数出来ており(シミも落ちてませんでした)、またボタンの部分はアイロンかプレスの影響で生地が脆くなって白くなっており、全体的に汚くなって返ってきました。
その後輪ジミを落としてほしい旨お願いしましたが、店舗も店舗マネージャーも本社のお客様担当の対応も酷かったです。
星を1つ付けないとレビューが書けませんので☆1にしてますが、正直マイナス100でも足らないくらいです。
ワイシャツ位ならここで預けてもいいと思いますが、高い服を預けるときは気を付けた方がいいですね。少なくても自分は二度と利用しません。
