急いで仕事からあがり駅から走ってお店に向かったのに・・残念な気持ちになった。また値段が高い、返ってきたスーツのポケットにゴミが入れっぱなしになっていた等、不満はいくつかあるが仕方ないので利用している。
店員さんの愛想は良いがいろいろと残念です。
The shutter was already down when I arrived at 19:59 when the store closed at 20:00.
I hurried up from work and ran from the station to the store, but I felt disappointed. Also, I have some complaints, such as the high price and the fact that garbage was left in the pocket of the returned suit, so I am using it.
The clerk's friendliness is good, but it's a shame.

対応にも大いに不満。
店頭では立ちっぱなしで30分程を待たされ、さらに、先程、電話でお金返せばいいんでしょうと逆ギレされました。
お金の問題ではなく、思い出の詰まった服だけにがっかり。
しかもそのお電話くださった方は、ポプラの最高責任者と名乗っておられました。会社のホームページを見ると、確かに苗字が同じ。。。
数年にわたり利用していましたが残念です。
大事なものは預けない方が良いですね。

I lost a decent luxury brand dress that I just bought.
