壺漬けもタレが良い。自分で焼くのは面倒だと思ってたが、やってみると面白い。また行きます。
Raw chicken liver is the best!

軽くあぶり、焼き過ぎ注意とどうどうと書かれていますが、しっかり焼いた方がいいです。
コロナ明けで食材がよくなかったのか知りませんが、肉も固く噛み切れませんでした。

日曜日19時ごろで、本館は満席。別館で3組ほどお客さんがいらっしゃいました。
従業員がすすめるまま、生→焼と鳥を食べていく。
生からまぶなんの臭みもなく美味しくいただけました。
また、焼きも非常に美味しくてビックリしました。雰囲気デート向けではないよう感じましたが味で勝負なら問題なくオススメできます。
貴重な部位もあり当日たべれなかった部分もあったので次回は再訪したい

値段も少し高めで換気もあまりされている感じがしなくて服ににおいが付きます

一緒に行ってた人は、目が開けれなくなりました。
味が良いのにもったいないですね…
