m	miho takahashi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内はとても素敵。ランチも丁寧で優しいお味で美味しくいただきました。が、問題は接客。笑顔もない冷たい態度に、悲しい気持ちになりました。質問する客の顔を見ずに答えたりメニューを奪い取る行為自分のキャパオーバーでイライラしたような接客しかできないなら何組限定にするとか、人を雇うなどそれなりに対応するべき。期待していただけに非常に残念でした。誘われたら仕方なく付き合いますがわざわざまた自分から行きたいとは思えない。猫は好きだが衛生面には十分に気をつけてほしいです。以前購入したお弁当には猫ちゃんの毛が混入していましたので…。 The shop is very nice. t	tsuhniao mst (つな) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日お邪魔しました。ジブリに出てきそうな雰囲気の店内が可愛く、ご飯もスイーツも美味しかったです。ただ、接客態度がつっけんどんだし、雑すぎる。お皿をどん！がちゃん！と置くのはいただけないなあ。せっかくの美味しくて素敵な料理が、それだけで台無し。説明も早口過ぎて聞き取れない。メニュー表持って来られてから割と即決した方なのに、注文した瞬間に奪い取るようにメニュー持っていかれて、他のお客さんに「お待たせしました〜」だって。それを見てしまって、モヤモヤ。お一人で切り盛りされているからランチ時や混雑時忙しいのは分かるけど、それならそれでお客さんに一言添えればいいし、メニューも 1つしかないなら、先に決めるお客さんにそう言ってからメニュー出せばいいのに…と思いました。お支払いは、出来れば大きなお札よりも、細かい金額のお札を持って行った方が喜ばれますよー。ちなみに私が行った時は「テーブルに着席した状態なら店内撮影OK」でした。同行者から熱望されない限り、自分から絶対にリピートはしません。いくら美味しくても、いくら素敵な店内でも、接客で、こんな思いはもうしたくないので。 I disturbed you the other day. な	なな on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 隠れカフェ的な雰囲気で室内も可愛い！猫が大好きで調べててやっと行きました。ですが定員さんの態度良くない印象で、ご飯も飲み物もおいしいのになんか残念ですね。質問しても言い放つ感じで否定的な態度でした。猫ちゃんにも会えず悲しかったですがもう行こうとは思えないですかね・・・ The interior is cute with a hidden cafe atmosphere! Even though now that the store is temporarily doing takeouts only, I got to try some snacks from the store. Strongly recommend anyone who wants to taste some yummy local food:) 店主真的人很好！食材都是用當地的有機蔬菜，點心也很好吃? 如果有機會來弘前，很推薦來這家可愛的小店～目前因為疫情只有做週末，但詳細可以看店家的IG :) PS 還有可愛的貓咪 This is one of the best cafe I have ever been in Japan.
