y	yos SH on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店舗はそんなに広くありませんので、混雑時間帯は競争率が高そうです。他は問題ありません。駅前が見渡せるので、待ち合わせに便利そうです。他の方のクチコミで、並ぶ前に席を確保させるのはおかしい、普通は買った人から席に案内するのが常識というものがありましたが、店舗のオペレーションは店舗の自由ですしそれが嫌なら行かなければ良いだけでしょう。出張等で主要都市のチェーン系喫茶店をよく利用しますが、殆どは先に席を確保するスタイルです。が、どう言うスタイルであろうと利用客は従ってます。確保するための手荷物がない人はどうすれば？と疑問呈されてますがそんなもん店員さんに声掛ければ対応してもらえます。自分からは何も言えないが察して助けてほしい、という甘えが染み付いている人は単価の高い親切な喫茶店へ行きましょう。長くなりましたが他のドトールと比べてこちらが特別悪いと感じる点はありません。 The store is not so large, so the competition rate seems to be high during busy hours. It's been longer, but I don't feel that this is particularly bad compared to other Doutor coffees.
ゆ	ゆぴぴ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 幼児を連れて軽食を頼みましたがスタッフの方が幼児も食べるなら小さくカットしますと言って下さりありがたかったです。おかげですぐに食べされることが出来て子どもがご機嫌なままで過ごせました。とても流行っていましたがサービスも居心地も良いので納得です。また岩槻方面に来たときは利用したいと思います。 I asked for a light meal with my toddler, but I was grateful that the staff said that if the toddler also eats, I would cut it into smaller pieces. Thanks to that, I was able to eat immediately and my child was in a good mood. It was very popular, but I am satisfied with the service and comfort. Also, I would like to use it when I come to the Iwatsuki area.
