青	青木孝文 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021年3月3日(水)にカフェChaToraを訪れました。 2021年2月27日(土)にオープンしたばかりです。お店の造りはカウンター席とテーブル席があります。客層は老若男女幅広いが女性が多めでした。店内では洋楽が流れていました。昔の岩槻の写真が展示されており、お洒落な雰囲気です。テーブル席に着くと冷たい水が出されました。カレーランチを食しました。ドリンクとデザートのバニラアイスクリームがついて税込900円でした。ドリンクは冷たいほうじ茶にしました。カレーにはニンジン、大根、蓮根、チキン、ジャガイモなどがたっぷりと入れられています。揚げられたチャパティや小松菜やパプリカ、紫玉ねぎ、ひよこ豆、キャベツのマッルンなども添えられていました。ルーはサラサラとしていて野菜の甘みが溶け込んでおり、スパイシーで口にするとピリッとしてジワジワとした辛さがきます。具材は大きくカットされていて食べ応えがあります。ライスの炊き具合も良く、食が進みます。ほうじ茶はすっきりとした味わいでした。デザートのバニラアイスクリームにはクッキーが添えられていて程よく甘味が効いていました。美味しかったです。 I visited Cafe Cha Tora on March 3, 2021 (Wednesday).
