★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 木曽川の渡しが正式に土田から今渡に変わった1694年（元禄7年）以前の中山道筋がこのルートで、この先、八幡神社の前を通って緩やかに南西の方向へ進み、下切弘法堂のある変形五差路を南西に、道なりに進んで土田下切中の交差点を渡って直進し、土田中町の交差点を右折…というルートだったと思われる。土田中町交差点を右折した先、土田公民館の道を挟んだ向かい側に、土田の本陣跡がある。

At the Tsuchida Nakamachi intersection, turn right and across the road from the Tsuchida Community Center, there is the site of Tsuchida Honjin.
