*	******* on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 熱々の鉄板の上でデミグラスソースが跳ね、チーズがトロトロにトロけてハンバーグと絡み合う……。数年ぶりの松本駅前。かつての思い出の味を求めて、ランチへ。変わらぬ店内、スタッフさんのちょっと塩目な対応もまた懐かしい。こうゆうお店、最近減ったよね。個人的には好きなんだが。季節限定っぽいカキフライ定食にも心が動いたけれど、やっぱり思い出のチーズハンバーグ定食をチョイス。先にサラダとスープが出て、それを食べ終えたら満を持してアツアツの黒い鉄板がやってくる…ってあれ？鉄板じゃない？？？白いお皿に品よく並ぶチーズハンバーグとその他付け合わせ。あ、あれー？おかしいな。チラリとメニューの写真を確認するけど、食べたかった鉄板の上のトロトロチーズハンバーグがそこにはバッチリ写っている。最近方向性を変えたのか、それともたまたま今日だけだったのか…？白いお皿の上のハンバーグは適温で美味しかったけれど、チーズはトロトロじゃなかったし、どんどん冷めてしまった…うーむ、鉄板の威力おそるべし。次はカキフライ定食にしようかな！ The demiglace sauce bounces on a hot iron plate, and the cheese flutters and entangles with the hamburger steak.
