 Actist is a prime location just 5 minutes' walk from Matsumoto Station, and is a recommended barber shop where top-class barbers do the delicate work. It is popular not only with men but also with women, so reservations are mandatory and at first glance customers are refused, so you must make a telephone reservation. The regular holiday is basically Monday and Tuesday. I remember that the price was 3,882 yen, but I will pay you if you pay an additional fee. Open from 9 am to 7 pm, closed only at 6 pm on Sundays.
