窓側の席で小川を眺めながらのランチ。
パスタが太めの生麺でモチモチしていて美味しかった。
メインの牛肉のステーキもバルサミコソースで美味しくいただいた。
野菜も多く食べられ非常に満足。
デザートのパンナコッタは濃厚で、後味がスッキリとしていてまた食べたくなった。
食後に出てきたコーヒーは酸味も苦味も少なく口当たりがよかった。
また食べに行きたいと思える素晴らしいお店だった。

The main beef steak was also delicious with balsamic sauce.

The coffee that came out after the meal had less sourness and bitterness and was pleasant to the touch.

前から来たかったお店で、パスタのセットランチを戴きました。
前菜がとても種類が多くて楽しめます。
これだけでも満足！
でも！久しぶりにパスタを食べました。
私は雲丹とトマトのパスタ、友人はレモンのパスタで、それぞれ美味しくて、パスタがモチモチで美味しかった☺️
次回は是非主人と訪れたいと思います。
Lunch outside after a long absence.
I had a pasta set lunch at a shop I've always wanted to visit.
There are so many kinds of appetizers that you can enjoy.
I am satisfied with this alone!
But! I ate pasta for the first time in a long time.
I had sea urchin and tomato pasta, and my friend was lemon pasta, which were delicious, and the pasta was chewy and delicious ☺️
Next time, I would definitely like to visit with my husband.

コースが3つあり、サラダ、パスタ、ドリンクの3つがセットになったAコースを選びました。
４種類のパスタから選ぶことができ、シラスに雲丹に...とワクワクしながらメニューを読んでいると自社農園で育てたレモンの文字を発見。レモンのパスタは食べたことがなくトライしてみました。
まずはサラダが到着。野菜のシャキシャキとした食感がたまりません。添えられているパンはパサパサとせず、しっとりもちもち。サラダのドレッシングにつけていただきました。ジュワッとして美味しい。
サラダを食べ終わるとすぐに店員さんが気付いてくれお皿を下げてくれました。
店員さん、ニコニコとされていて可愛らしい方でした。
その後あまり待たずに楽しみにしていたレモンのパスタが登場。
お皿がテーブルに置かれる前からふわっとレモンの爽やかな香りが...！
同席していた知人と一緒に「いい香り〜」とうっとりしてしまいました。
一口食べると思っていた通り！程よいレモンの酸味と爽やかな香りが口の中に広がります。
チーズの濃厚なとろっとした食感にもマッチ。
そしてパスタ麺がちょっと面白い。少し太めで程よい硬さ。物凄い量ではないのに「わ〜お腹いっぱい！」と思わず出てしまう満足感。
食後に出していただいたアイスコーヒーで美味しいものを食べて浮ついた気持ちを落ち着かせ。
午後の仕事に向かいました。
知人の食べていたシラスも雲丹も美味しそうでした。
今度は雲丹にトライしてみようかな。

There are 3 courses, and I chose the A course, which is a set of 3 salads, pasta, and drinks.
You can choose from 4 types of pasta, and when you read the menu with excitement such as Shirasu and sea urchin, you will discover the characters of lemons grown on your own farm. I have never eaten lemon pasta and tried it.
First of all, the salad arrived. The crispy texture of vegetables is irresistible. The attached bread is not dry and moist and chewy. I had it attached to the salad dressing. It's juicy and delicious.
As soon as I finished eating the salad, the clerk noticed me and lowered the plate.
The clerk was a cute person who was said to be smiling.
After that, the lemon pasta that I was looking forward to without waiting too much appeared.
The refreshing scent of lemon is fluffy even before the plate is placed on the table ...!
I was fascinated by the "good scent" with my acquaintance who was present.
As I expected to eat a bite! Moderate lemon acidity and refreshing aroma spread in your mouth.
It also matches the rich and thick texture of cheese.
And the pasta noodles are a little interesting. A little thick and moderate hardness. It's not a tremendous amount, but it's a feeling of satisfaction that makes me think "Wow, I'm full!"
Eat delicious iced coffee served after meals to calm your feelings.
I went to work in the afternoon.
Both the shirasu and sea urchin that my acquaintance was eating looked delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 타베로그로 예약 후 방문. 미조노구치역에서 멀진 않지만 좀 걸어가야 하는지라 사람도 적고 분위기도 좋은 토스카나 요리 전문점이다. 아마 예약을 안 하면 대개 자리가 없을 것 같은 느낌…요리는 코스를 주문하지 않고 이거저거 전채부터 먹고 싶은 걸 골랐는데 뭐 하나 빠지지 않고 맛있었다. 종업원의 응대도 훌륭했고 요리에 대한 설명이나 더 맛있게 먹는 방법 등을 친절하게 가르쳐줌. 잘 모르고 주문한 사과주가 너무 맛있어서 병으로 시켜버림. 다 먹고 카페로 갈까 했으나 디저트랑 커피 메뉴도 충실해서 그냥 눌러앉아서 신나게 수다를 떨었다. 무조건 재방문의사 있음. 자릿세 겸 처음에 나오는 빵값으로 인당 300엔이 붙으니 참고할 것. 화장실도 깨끗하게 관리되어 매우 만족.

As for the dish, I did not order a course, I chose what I wanted to eat from appetizers, but it was delicious without missing a single thing. The response of the staff was excellent, and they kindly teach how to cook and how to eat more deliciously. The cider I ordered without knowing it was so delicious that I ordered it with a bottle. We were going to eat everything and go to the cafe, but the dessert and coffee menus were also substantial, so we just sat down and chatted happily. There is an unconditional willingness to revisit. Please note that there is a charge of 300 yen per person as a seat tax and the price of the first bread. The bathroom is also kept clean and I am very satisfied.
