つ	つん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 気になる物件があったので電話にて問い合わせをしたところ、確認して折り返すとのことだったので、氏名と連絡先を伝え待っていました。ですが、待てども待てども（3時間くらいは待っていた）一向に連絡がないのでこちらから再度問い合わせしてみると、何度も電話をしたが出なかった、と言われました。電話口でのやりとりなので伝達ミスがあった可能性はありますし、その点について不満を言う気はありませんが、その対応の非道いこと！客とのやりとりだというのにヘラヘラした口調で会話をしていて（電話口でも分かるくらいです）、肝心の問い合わせ内容についても教えていただけず、腹が立って電話を切りました。他の方の口コミにも書かれていますが、接客が最悪なお店だと思います。電話される際はご注意を。 There was a property I was interested in, so when I made an inquiry over the phone, it was said that I would confirm and return it, so I was waiting to tell my name and contact information. 二	二宮孝明 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 【提案力・接客、共に最低でした。】来店時期2020/11月頃予約して来店したにも関わらず担当者が別客対応中で話せないということで別の人が対応してくれることに。（この時点でオカシイ）物件希望条件は予めメールしてあったのにその場で探し始める不手際さ。極めつけは、内見に1人で行けないかと言われました。(当初の担当者が別客から離れられそうにないという理由で。) 最も最低と思ったのは、「既に申込み入ったから内見できなくなりましたと言われた物件も、他の不動産会社さんで改めて確認してもらったら全然内見可能で、なんなら最終的にそこ契約したこと。」（ちなみに内見不可といわれたのは複数件あり、いずれも内見可能でした。）このように、接客の態度も、不動産屋としての提案力も最悪なので、利用価値がゼロといっても過言ではないです。皆さん本当に時間を無駄されないようご注意ください。 [Proposal ability and customer service were both the lowest. ] Time to visit around November 2020 Even though I made a reservation and came to the store, the person in charge is dealing with another customer and I can not talk, so another person will respond.
