I	IA U on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 物件の共用部分が故障していることや室内に問題が発生したことを伝えても返答がない。故障中の共用部分を直してもらえないにも関わらず、壊れてもいない部分は修繕されるというよく分からないことが詳しい説明もなく行われるので、共益費を支払っている理由が分からない。ある時、別件で業者を呼びますね、と言われてやって来たのが管理会社の人間で、これには笑ってしまった。故障している部分についても、業者を呼びますと言われ当日ずっと待っていたが誰も来ることはなかった。管理会社はもともとそういうものらしいが、今まで住んでいたどの管理会社or管理組合よりも杜撰で、色々と不信感が募る。 There is no response even if I tell you that the common area of the property is out of order or that a problem has occurred in the room. I don't know the reason for paying the common area fee because it is not clear that the unbroken part will be repaired even though the common area that is out of order cannot be repaired. At one point, a person from the management company came to me when I was told that I would call a contractor for another matter, and I laughed at this. I was told to call a contractor for the broken part, and I waited all day, but no one came. It seems that the management company is like that from the beginning, but it is more sloppy than any management company or management union that I have lived in until now, and I get a lot of distrust.

When I called, I was told that I would get a refund because it was wrong, but I have been left for a few weeks (I haven't returned it yet).
