スタッフの方々は皆親切で丁寧に対応してくれます。高圧的な態度や無下にあしらうようなことはなく、非常にコミュニケーションはとりやすいと感じます。強いて挙げると、定形的な提案が多いと感じます。ある程度自分で下調べを行って相談に臨んだほうがより良い結果になると思います。
店舗の改修に伴い、駐車場が広くなり、店舗内も窮屈な印象はありません。特に駐車場が広くなったのは嬉しく思います。
また災害時の避難先情報が店舗内に貼られており地元に配慮した営業を行っている印象があります。参加したことはありませんが、災害時に備えた講習なども行っているようです。
個人的にはこのドコモショップに対してというより、ドコモのサービスそのものに不満を覚えることのほうが多いです。
