斎	斎藤紳助 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨日(8月8日)、ドコモショップ天理中央店にてコニシ様に対応頂きました。ドコモひかりの事業者移転の予約番号の発番とそれに紐づけされている1回線(通話SMS SIM)のMNP予約番号の発番をお願いしたところドコモのシステムの仕様でひかりの事業者移転は月一回しかできないので本日発番ができないと言われました。いつできるのかと伺うと、たぶん9月に入ってからできる。日付はわからない。どうやって確認できるのか？My docomoにこまめにアクセスして確認してくれとのこと。ウェブでひかりとバンドルされた回線がMNP転出出来ない(エラーコード42923)のでわざわざ店舗まで出向いたのにスタッフの知識不足により、なんらフォローなく帰されました。コニシ様は私服のTシャツで名札もつけておらず、何かにつけて解約をするとデメリットがあると脅迫的かつ高圧的な態度でした。解約するなら店舗に行ってはダメだと改めて思いました。電話が間違いないです。 Yesterday (August 8th), Mr. Konishi responded at the Docomo Shop Tenri Chuo store.
