M	M O on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、機種変更しました。担当の店員さんはとても丁寧に詳しく接客してくださいました。が･･･後日、契約内容と異なるメールがdocomoから来て、確認にお店へ行ったらお客はほぼいなく店員余って暇そうにしてるのに副店長らしきチャラい女店員が、きちんと話を聞いてくれず相談にすらのってくれませんでした。あまりにも対応が悪すぎて退店し、後日高崎中央店で同じ質問をすると、とても丁寧に分かりやすく親身に対応してもらえました。もうどんなに忙しくても高崎北店には行きたくありません。 I changed the model the other day.
