R	RASC RACT (RASK) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 某ラグジュアリーブランドの査定を以前持ち込みました。10万円以下の相場はない物です。 10分程で査定が終わりますと言われ待っていたが終わらず、30分後辺りにカウンターの方に『まだですか？』と聞いたところ、ムスッとした感じで『まだです。』と言われた。高価な査定だろうから時間かかるかなと思っていた。その後1時間30分経った後に、『当社の買取基準では〜』と言われて腹が立たないわけは無いだろう。開口一番それはないのでは？ ○代書店さんに持ち込んだところ120000円で無事に買い取られました。基準は会社様各々あるとは思いますが、謝罪や説明が足りないと思いこの評価に致しました。〇代書店さんに最初から持ち込めばという事もあるだろうが、売り手としては少しでも高くというのが必ずあります。開口一番、金額の話云々や規定ではなく、『お待たせ致しました』と笑顔で仰って頂くのが接客業では無いでしょうか。ありがとうございました。 I brought in an assessment of a luxury brand before. *	雪見 on Google* ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員の対応が接客とは言えないと思います。若かったのでアルバイトの方かなと推測しますが、店からの教育不足なのか…。入店時近くに何人か店員がいましたが挨拶無し、店員の説明がこちらに伝わってない（伝えようという意志を感じない話し方&確認する素振りも無い）のに終わらせようとする、記入の際のペンなど物の渡し方が雑。あと入口の消毒用アルコールは中身が空のようで出ませんでした。点検などの設備管理もしてないんだろうなというのと、まともにコミュニケーションをしようという姿勢が無かったので不快でした。 I don't think the clerk's response is customer service. I guess it's a part-time job because I was young, but I wonder if there is a lack of education from the store. There were some clerk near the time of entering the store, but there was no greeting, and the explanation of the clerk was not conveyed here (speaking style that does not feel the intention to convey & no pretense to confirm), but I tried to finish it. How to hand over things such as pens at the time is miscellaneous. Also, the rubbing alcohol at the entrance did not come out because the contents seemed to be empty. I was uncomfortable because I didn't have the attitude to communicate properly, saying that I didn't manage the equipment such as inspections.

E	Elise on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great thrift store! I prefer this location to the others in the general area. They have more variety. I find the prices are usually better than Hard Off, though the selection of items doesn’t change super often. I come once every few months and that works for me.
