★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナウィルス対策のため完全予約対応のようです。店内の感染対策もこれでもかという程されていて、正直やり過ぎかな？とも思いましたが今は気にする方も多いと思うのでお客様側から見たら安心なのかもですね…。
男性スタッフ、女性スタッフ共に笑顔で丁寧な対応をしてくれて特に私が細い質問を沢山しても、わかり易く説明して頂けた事が有り難かったです。
数年ぶりの機種変でお伺いしましたが、このショップは前と変わらず長時間滞在しても気持ちよく帰って来られるショップでした。

行きました。
午後４時の予約で時間より少し早めに行きました。
同じ４時の予約で 私より遅く来た人が先に呼ばれました。
何故？
見直しの相談中に DOCOMO-IDがわかれば 携帯から お手続き出来ますと 言ったのに 最後に確認で もう一度聞いたら そちらは
DOCOMOショップでないと出来ないと言われました。
いつも行くときは どの店員さんも感じの良い別の店舗に 行っていましたが、ウチからは 遠い為 家から近いこちらの店舗に来ましたが、遠くても 店員さんの対応の良いそちらへ行きたいと思いました。

昨日、dカード引き落とされたけど連絡なし。
マジでこの店には2度と行かない。
