二度行って二度とも接客の酷さに唖然とした。
1度目ドコモマイショップを宝塚から逆瀬川へ変えて欲しいと言われたので変えたが、次回は宝塚に戻す！
 Customer service level is lower than Takarazuka store.
I went twice and I was stunned by the badness of customer service twice.
I was told that I want you to change DoCoMo My Shop from Takarazuka to Yosegawa, so I changed it, but I will return it to Takarazuka next time!

客がいてもいなくても暇さえあれば従業員同士でぺちゃくちゃおしゃべりして客への対応も塩でテキトー。でもその中に稀に見る普通の従業員。普通の人がいるのが稀っておかしいだろ普通に丁寧な対応できて仕事に打ち込める人に雇い直してほしいね。こんなところ二度と行きたいと思わないし絶対にお勧めしない。っていうかできない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 待っている客が複数いるのに女性スタッフ同士でお喋り、やっと案内されたかと思うと、さっきの女性。接客に相応しいとは言えないメイクに言葉遣い。待ち時間を短縮する努力をするどころか、のんびりやってバイト時間を過ごせばいいというやる気のない態度が見えてとても不快だった。
I talked with female staff among several waiting customers, and finally I thought they were guided, the woman just before. Wording for make-up which can not be said to be suitable for customer service. Far from trying to shorten the waiting time, it was very uncomfortable to see the motivated attitude of doing laid-back and having a byte time to spend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 料金プランの見直し通知があり行ったら、３時間待たせられた上に、数百円しか安くならず、しかも７ヶ月間後には従来の料金に戻るって‼️?貴重な時間をチョッと馬鹿にしてるわ??しかも店の奥に待ち番号の表示され、出入口から見える場所には表示無し‼️大半が高齢者なのに担当者は専門用語ばっかりで本当に気分悪かったし、隣の窓口の夫婦も憤慨してたわ??店員の殆どはアルバイトと分かってるけど、もう少し教育して欲しい。競争相手が少ないのを良いことに胡座かいてるとしか思えないわ???

店舗前でティッシュ配りしていたお兄さんがイケメンでした(笑)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10年ほどドコモを利用していますが、最悪でしたまず、席に着いた瞬間悪態をつかれその後の機種変更もやっときますねと言われほぼしっかりした説明はなかったです。
新しいプランについても、今回からなんでわからないですと言われました。それはスタッフとしてどうなのでしょうか？途中で違うスタッフに話しかけたり本当不愉快でした。
設定もやっときますね。といわれたのにメールが一切使えません。
最初から最後まで態度は最悪でした。
口コミ見てから行くべきでした。
I've been using DoCoMo for about 10 years, but it was the worst. First of all, I was told that the moment I got to my seat, I would be cursed and change the model after that, and there was almost no solid explanation.
I was told that I don't know why from this time on the new plan. What about it as a staff member? It was really unpleasant to talk to a different staff member on the way.
I will also set it. I was told that I can't use email at all.
The attitude was the worst from the beginning to the end.
I should have gone after seeing the word of mouth.
