東広島まで高速使いギリギリ間に合いました。
嫌な顔せず、丁寧に教えて頂け、
紛失したIPadの無事解約出来ました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3月と4月に各1回訪れましたが、いずれも問題解決には至りませんでした。店員の苛立ちがそのまま伝わってくる雰囲気でした。この店舗だけなのでしょうか。それとも、各社値下げ競争が激しいせいでしょうか。ドコモの良さであるショップのサービスがかなり低下しているように思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話ががかかったから、かけ直したのに音声案内でしかも「ご用件の番号を…」と言われた中に「かけ直し」がなくて
聞き取りにくい音声案内を何度も聞き直して、やっとオペレーターにつながる、てなった段階で
「大変電話が込み合っており、しばらくお待ちください」と言われ、
「ないわ」と思った。
そのフリーダイヤルの番号でかけてくるな‼️しかも、待たせるとかありえない。
対応に大変不満です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 応対してくれた方は感じが良かったのですが、全体的に一つ一つに時間が掛かりすぎでは？分担制にしてるのか解らないけど、「今何の作業中？」の暇そうな人居るのに進まない。予約制なのになかなか時間まで呼んで貰えない。呼ばれる前や作業中の時間が勿体無いから機種変とか嫌いだったし❗もっと上手く行かないですかね⁉️?他のショップでは新規や機種変したらお土産たくさんくれますが…１つも無くてガッカリ。。マイショップ登録止めようかな。。

It's a reservation system, but I can't get you to call me until the time. I didn't like changing models because I didn't have much time before being called or working. ❗ Wouldn't it work better? ⁉️? Other shops will give you a lot of souvenirs if you change models or new ones ... I'm disappointed that I don't have one. .. I wonder if I should stop registering at my shop. ..

やはり機械が苦手世代が多い田舎ですがいつも親切に丁寧に教えてくださいます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow service. better go to EDION docomo outlet. They don't know many things when you ask questions here. You will wait another 20 minutes for one single question. Waste of time. We will proceed to EDION to get a better service. We waste 2hrs and they didn't help up how to reschedule the installation of NTT internet connection. Bad service.
