関	関哲 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dアカウントが登録できているがmy docomoが使用できなかった。そのできない理由を確認にいったが携帯をいじってパスワードを何度みられて『携帯だけではどうしようもないので今は対応できません』という結果その原因をDOCOMOの端末で確認するでもセンターに問い合わせするでもなく予約して後日来てくださいとのことでした。その店員がやったことは最初に自分がやったということを繰り返しているだけでしたあまりにも対応が横柄だったので上の人を呼んでもらったら店長が出てきたが店長も態度が横柄でした店員が横柄なのは店長の姿そのものだなと長年使ってきただけに残念でした d Account has been registered but my docomo could not be used. モ	モットモル on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ docomoを来店した際にドコモクレジットカードを作ることを提案されたのですが提案された時にはドコモのゴールドカードは無料で年間費ゼロ円で発行することが出来ますがシルバーカードは年間費がかかります。と言われたのでゴールドカードを作ることを進めていきました。ですが次に来店した際に違う定員さんに「前の定員さんにドコモゴールドクレジットカードは年間費ゼロ円と聞いたけどそれって本当ですか？」と聞きました。そしたら「年間費がかかります」と言われ、危うく騙されるところでした。嘘の商売をして営業してる事を知ってびっくりしました。 docomoのカードが2枚あり、同じカードが2枚あり定員に「カードは2枚あるけど中身は一緒なんですか？」と聞きました。その時に定員は「中身は一緒です」と答えました。なので「一緒だったら紛失した際に困難になるから1枚排除してください」と答えました。すると定員さんは感情をこもりながら私の目の前でドコモカードをハサミで切り始めました。定員さんの態度が悪くて凄い怖かったです。次にドコモに来店した時に「ドコモIDがロックしてあるから解除して欲しい」と定員さんに頼みました。私は何もしてないのに睨んだ目で私の方を見てきました。定員さんの態度が凄い悪いです。もうドコモを解約したいと思いました。次来店するのも怖いです。近づきたくもありません。 When you visit docomo I was offered to make a docomo credit card At the time of proposal, DoCoMo's gold card can be issued free of charge with an annual fee of zero yen, but a silver card costs an annual fee.
