近所なのでオープンを心待ちにしていました。
店内は広く文房具もあり、とても見やすいなと思いました。店員はやることがないのかダラダラしている人も何人かいました。
購入は、子どもが図書カードで支払いました。なので、店員のいるレジに行くと「セルフレジどうぞ」と言われました。「図書カードで支払いです」と伝えると、慣れない新人店員がもたもたレジをやってくれました。図書カードで支払い出来るように、ちゃんと教育してください。なんで本屋で図書カードがまともに使えないの！
態度悪い、無愛想な店員なんか大嫌いです。わざわざ本屋に行かなくても、ネットで頼めば翌日配送が当たり前の今。子どもが自分で手に取り、購入する楽しみがあるから来店してたけ。

今日、久しぶりに来店しました。店員の声は小さいし、確認せずにレジを間違えるし·····
なぜ、有人レジは受付できないようになっているんですか？？有人レジに行ったら、こっちは図書カードの人しかダメみたいな言い方をされるし。そんなことを言ったら、予約などもできません。もっとしっかりしてください！！

The purchase was paid by the child with a book card. So, when I went to the cashier with a clerk, I was told "Please self-check out". When I told him that I would pay with a book card, a new clerk who wasn't used to it gave me a check-in service. Please educate yourself so that you can pay with a book card. Why can't I use the book card properly at the bookstore?
I hate clerk who has a bad attitude and is unfriendly. Even if you don't bother to go to a bookstore, if you ask online, next day delivery is the norm. I had to come to the store because my child had fun picking it up and buying it.
