T	T -ZERO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 携帯の機種変の予約から対応はスムーズでよかったのですが、その後の自分で行うデータ移行がうまくいかず電話相談した所「うちでやっても上手くいくとは限らないんですー…」と、暗に「店に相談されても困ります。」対応。こちらが空気を読んで「じゃあどこに相談したらいいですか？」と聞くと、私が契約しているオプションを色々と聞かれた（そういうことって店のデータではわからないのでしょうか？）上でサポートデスクを案内されました。想像ですがこちらが携帯買う以外の店のお金にならないサポートはしてくれないのですね。と感じ、それまでの対応が良かっただけにガッカリしました。 It was good that the response was smooth from the reservation for the mobile phone model change, but the data migration that I did after that did not go well, and when I consulted on the phone, "It does not always work at home ..."
