店舗の半分はコミックレンタル、もう半分の大半はゲーム販売に力を入れている様子。
CDなどはおまけ程度なので、それを目的にするなら他店が良い。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 返却したのにお店の手違いで返却していないとされ20分以上拘束されました。特に再発防止策はないそうなので皆さん注意してください。

でも当たり外れがあるので、それで星１つ減らしています。
中古のゲームソフトは通販よりも安い事もあるので、オススメです。
携帯の買い取りに関しては利用したことがないので、分かりません。
Anyway, it is cheap about rental.
But there is a hit, so I reduced one star.
It is recommended because used game software is cheaper than mail order.
As we have not used about purchase of cell-phone, we do not understand.

早口で何言ってるか分からない人、
声が小さくて聞き取れない人、
そんな感じの人が多いです。
スタッフ同士は雑談して笑いあったりと、和気あいあいとした雰囲気は感じますが、その明るい態度が客に向けられることは少ないと思います。
カウンター内のスタッフがお喋りしている時にレジに行くと、こちらに接客する瞬間声のトーンが下がります。
「普通逆でしょ」と思い、少し笑ってしまいました。
知り合いが蔵王店で働いていた時の経験を教えてくれましたが、職場環境は それ程良くないそうです。
仕事を覚えるのが早い人は問題ないけど、すぐには なかなか覚えられない という人の場合は、死ぬ気で頑張らないと、物覚えの悪い人は瞬時に見放されるらしいです。
覚えるのが苦手だからといって、熱心に教えてくれる様な人もいないそうなので、働く場合も注意ですね
