Best Cell phone store in japan

清	清野久志（農家人） on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネットで予約して来店しましたが、前日に来店目的の確認電話を受けたにも関わらず、来店目的は伝わっていない。こう言うのって、以外と信頼が出来ない。 I made a reservation online and came to the store, but the purpose of the store was not communicated even though I received a confirmation call for the purpose of the store the day before. I can't trust anything other than saying this.

y	yuki sato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 全体的に対応悪すぎ‼︎ コロナの対応で長く滞在して欲しくないのか説明を省略しすぎて何を話しているのか全然分からない。その挙げ句マスクをした上で話声も小さくてほとんど聞き取れない。何度も聞き返してしまった。時間をかけてでも客に分かり易く説明するのが第一優先なんじゃないか！こちらから質問しなければ勝手に話を次々と進めてしまうしマジ最悪‼︎ もう二度とこの店舗を利用する事は無いだろう。 Overall response too bad! ︎ I don't understand what I'm talking about because I don't want to stay for a long time because of Corona's response and I omit too much explanation. After masking that phrase, the voice is too small to be heard. I listened to it many times. I think it's the first priority to explain to customers easily even if you take time! If you don't ask a question from here, the story will proceed without permission ︎ You'll never use this store again.
赤	赤坂蓮 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応が他のドコモショップと比較してもとにかく悪い。修理のためにスマホを初期化したにも関わらず、時間が来たから帰れとは何なのか。せめてコロナ対策ならそうだと言えばいいのにその説明もない。店員がとにかくいい加減で態度が悪くどうしようも無い。 Correspondence is bad anyway compared with other docomo shops. Even though I initialized my smartphone for repairs, what is it that I should go home because the time has come? At least it can be said that it is a corona countermeasure, but there is no explanation. The clerk is just sloppy and has a bad attitude.
