クレジットカードを持ったことのないお年を召した人にｄカードゴールドを薦められて契約したとのこと。クレジットカード初心者にはｄカードで十分です。
ざっくり解説
ｄカード：年会費4,500円ほど発生するがドコモ携帯携帯料金を年4500円ほど支払っていれば年会費無料
ｄカードゴールド：年会費10,000円 但しｄカードゴールドで支払うとｄポイントが購入金額の10％ほど貰える（貰えるｄポイントに上限はあると思うが）
つまり、ｄカードゴールドで買い物などしまくれば年会費の元が取れるだけのｄポイントが付与されるがが使用しなかったら年会費を取られるだけ。これまでクレジットカードを持ってなかったお年を召した人がｄカードゴールドを積極的に使うようになるわけないやろ。
クレジットカードをお客様の立場にたって提案しない悪いやり方。
これを見た方は自分や周りの人が不利な契約をされていないか今一度確認したほうがいいかも。もちろんお年を召した人にも非がゼロではないが。
私は今後この店舗でお金をおとさない事にします。客の立場に立って提案するのはプロなら普通やろ。
福知山のドコモショップが接客態度なんかがよくないから綾部は信用してたけど一緒やな。

In other words, if you shop with d Card Gold, you will be given d points that will allow you to pay the annual membership fee, but if you do not use it, you will only be charged the annual membership fee. Older people who didn't have a credit card before will not be willing to use d Card Gold.
A bad way to not propose a credit card from the customer's point of view.
If you see this, you should check again if you or the people around you have a disadvantageous contract. Of course, even those who are old are not zero.
I will not spend money at this store in the future. It is normal for professionals to make proposals from the customer's point of view.
Ayabe trusted me because the docomo shop in Fukuchiyama didn't have a good customer service attitude, but it was the same.
