★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家内の機種変に同行したり、自分のdポイントの設定に伺ったが、親切丁寧で好ましかった。ただ、かなり混んでいて予約が必要であることが玉に瑕。それがなければ☆5つだった。

今は、事前予約しなくてはいけないようで、午前中にいったけど、すぐ受付はしてもらえず、午後2時30が一番早い予約だと言われたので、予約をとり、あらためてまた出直すかたちになりました。
フリードリンクは中止?コロナの時期なので、これは仕方ないですね

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約して行きました。開店すると係の人が予約してある人を確認して、店内に案内、待つ事無く、カウンターで手続きができました。店内は広く、綺麗な印象でした。受付カウンターはいくつもあって担当の方も、スムーズに丁寧に説明していただき、わかりやすかったです。コロナ対策で、消毒、体温測定、カウンターには透明のパネルがありましたが、少し、声が聞き取りにくく、隣の声も聞こえて来るので気を付けて聞くようにした方がいいですね。(*^^*)
