☆はつけなくてもいいのでは? この店舗に限定した話ではないですが、キャリアショップの実店舗は無駄に客を待たせる印象以外、頭金と詐称した手数料をとったりこちらよりスマートフォンについての知識のない店員ばかりだったり存在自体が不要な印象です。 高齢者やリテラシーのない方にはそれでも助かるのかもしれませんが、サポートも料金を取るようになるらしいので、詐欺に近い商売をしてるなといった印象です。

店の規模が小さいと店員の器も小さいのだなと感じた。 特に店員の老婆態度が最悪。こちらが質問しているのに呆れた感じで対応され、何故かツンツンしてる老婆でした。 他の店員も客に対する対応が悪かった。ほとんどが客に任せ、詳しく説明してもらえない。 手続きしに行ったがそれに伴うリスクなど詳しい説明を全くされず、ただ紙を渡された。もちろんデータなど大切な内容は消えました。下調べを疎かにしてしまった己を悔やんでます。 新城店に行こうとしているのならやめた方がいいのかもしれません。なるべく小杉やほかの店舗へ行った方が身のためです。

以前、dポイントカードを作りに行った時、キャッシュカードを増やしたくないので必要ありませんと言っているのに執拗にゴールドカードを勧められました。ポイントで初年度年会費は無料になりますよ!と言うのですが、2年目からは1万円だと言うのは敢えて言わないところもマイナス点です。あと、渋谷店をマイショップにしていたのに、勝手に新城店に変えられていました。

2020/10/5午後来店。 おでこが広い日焼けし太った偉そうな男性店員が用件を聞いてきた。サブ端末解約という言葉聞いた瞬間あからさまに態度がもっと悪くなり、予約をしていないので案内できない可能性があるとのこと。店内の待ちは0人。来店客は予約制だからか夫婦のみ。渋々な態度で対応スタッフに代わり、すぐに案内される。手続き中も偉そうな態度の男性店員がインカムで対応が長いと自分の対応スタッフに伝えているのが丸分かりで、気分が悪い。対応スタッフは本端末のプラン変更のご案内をしているとインカムで答え苛立った様子。帰る際も偉そうな男性店員の目の前を通るが解約来店だからか、ありがとうございましたの一言も無く、他の女性店員がありがとうございましたと発すると仕方ないような面持ちで「ありーしたー」と本当に気分が悪くなる声掛けを背中で受け退店。店員の入れ替わりも激しく、対応のレベルはドコモでは最低レベル。自分が管理者なら頭を抱える店舗である。もちろん今回だけではないので、このようの評価。
