ここ最近、Diorの接客の件で色々あったからって寄ってたかって悪口書きすぎ。普通に皆さんここの店舗はいい方ですし。わたしは色んな店舗まわってきましたが、ここの店舗はその中でもめちゃくちゃフレンドリーに分かりやすく丁寧に接客して下さいますよ。 Diorに限らずどこのお店だって、そのお店にそぐわないなって思われる客は、酷い態度とられますよ。 いくら年間何十万使ってたって、それが見た目ではわからないんだから、見た目だけで判断しないでっていうのはおかしいし、人はそもそも大体見た目でしょ、、、それをぐちぐち自分が相手にされなかったからって陰湿にこういう所に書くのってどうかと思います。 本当に改善してほしいなら、こんなクチコミじゃなくて然るべき所に対処させるべき。 そんなに気に食わないなら行かなきゃいいし、デパコスなんて山ほどあるんだし。 それを、誰だかわかるような、店員さんの容姿や、国籍のようなものまで書くのは筋違い。客は神様じゃないんだから。せめてもっと名指しみたいなことはしないクチコミにした方がいいと思います。

担当で女性店員さん、初めに男性店員さんに接客して貰ったが、2人とも本当に素晴らしい接客で、親身になってくれて、フレンドリーで流石だなと思ったし接客にプロ意識を感じた。接客に威圧感や嫌々感は無く、質問にも丁寧に答えてくれて、コツを教えてくれたりもして、何よりハイブランド特有の居辛さや息苦しさを一切感じさせない。そこも含めてプロなんだなと感じたし、接客の重要さを実感した。DIORってこんなにリラックスした空間なんだ、と思えて、ハイブランドも何も特別なものは身に付けていなかったけど、そのままの自分を受け入れてくれている感じがして感動した。客に対してちゃんと正面から向き合ってくれていると感じて嬉しかった。サービスも全てが完璧で、次またDIORに行く機会があればここのDIORに行くと思う。
