鈴	鈴木里美 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ダイアナ自体は大好きで、ヒールは全部ダイアナで買っているのですが、こちらの店舗は初めて来店しました。接客担当の男性が、馴れ馴れしい割に見当違いな提案をしてきます。色々と、こうでしょ？というテンションで決めつけてくるので、全然違いますとは言いにくくw 全然不要な試着を大量にしました。一足色物を買い足す目的でいったので、普通に購入しましたが、サイズが少し大きいのなんて試着してるのを見れば分かるのに、中敷入れますか？の一言もなかったです。他の店舗なら、こっちから言わなくてもお店のお姉さんが、ちょっと大きめですかね？中敷き入れてみますかー？と声をかけてくれます。いままでいろんな店舗のダイアナで買ってますが、こんなに気が利かない店員さんに初めてあたたった（笑）気が利かないのに何足も試着する靴持ってきて、とりあえず売れればいいんだな、と感じました。星2なのは、大好きなダイアナに星1をつけるのは忍びないから。なんですが、(そしてきっと他の店員さんはそんなんじゃないと思いますが) 今日はなんか疲れた買い物だったのでこの店舗ではもう二度と買わないかなw たくさん店舗あるし。 I love Diana itself, and I buy all the heels at Diana, but this store came for the first time. k	kumura naomi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 品揃えは良く、靴も可愛いですが、接客は最低限の提案しかないお店です。試着時、中敷を入れてもサイズが明らかに緩いのに、「ワンサイズ下は小さいと思います」と言われ、サイズも出してもらえずでした。頼んで出してもらったら、ぴったり。自分で選んだ方が早そうです。靴自体は可愛いですし、広いスペースで沢山試着できるので、しっかり自分のサイズや足型がわかっている方には良いと思います。数々の商業施設にも入っているので、総じてここでなくてもよい銀座本店でした。 The product lineup is good and the shoes are cute, but the customer service is a shop with only a minimum of suggestions.
