G	Guide Local on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 簡易宿泊所、フィットネスジム、イベントスペース、オフィス、飲食、食品スーパーを入れる計画が浮上した令和元年5月。食品スーパー各社は条件の悪いビルにあえて入るまで、悩みに悩んでいた模様。ある地元スーパー幹部はここに未来がないと蹴っている。ビルとしては商店街組合と長岡市が入って国の補助金、ドミトリー新設事業を当てにしたところ審査落ち。隣のビル、三越の出張所が入っていた古いビルは審査に通ったのが謎。シャワールーム併設のフィットネスジムと簡易宿泊所がこの時点で白紙になった模様。中にある店ごとの経営努力はじわじわと伝わってくるが、ビルとして地域に売り込み発信したり、商業施設として盛り上げようというマインドは皆無。中小零細でも作るようなホームページが未開設、ここがどういう気持ちでやってるか表してる。季節ごとイベントもないし、これといって楽しみもない。正月は門松、七夕は短冊、冬はクリスマスツリーすら置いてない。もっと客目線でそれらしくやって欲しいが、やり慣れてない感、建て替えまでの間に合わせ感、好きにやらせろ感が半端ない。サービスを提供する施設にしては塩辛い。よそみたいに商業施設らしい施設として、楽しく盛り上げながら再生してくれたら繁盛するだろうに。
