マンションの一室でされていて、中に入るととてもかわいい内装 ♥️
直感的に間違いないと思いました?
施術前に常温のお水を頂き、
とても丁寧なカウンセリングの後によもぎ蒸しスタート。
よもぎ蒸しの前にはオーナーさんオススメのブレンドオイルをカラダ中に塗りたくってからします。
施術中も手元に
お水、塩分補給のタブレット、タオル等を用意して下さってるので
基本、手ぶらで行ける所もありがたいです。
よもぎ蒸しの後は大量の汗、施術前にオイルを塗っているにもかかわらず
不思議なくらいサラサラ！
これはすごーい！
通い放題コースの特典として
セルフホワイトニングが550円で提供して下さる点と
月１度、腸もみもして下さるとの事。
１度のよもぎ蒸しでさすがに体質は変わらないと思うので
しばらく通ってみることにしよう?
