小	小林さくら on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ やばいんだけどここ。チラシのQRコードから見学会の予約したら｢仮予約｣｢承認待ち｣の状態で永久放置。そのまま予約希望の日時過ぎたし。そんなことが2回あったからもうハウスメーカー候補の中から除外した。こっちの時間なんだと思ってるんだろう？こうやって沢山の客を逃してるのに気づかないんだろうか。他のハウスメーカーなんて翌日にはちゃんと｢ご予約承りました｣とか連絡くれるのにどうなってんの？ここ。しかもその事指摘したらメールでただ数行、｢申し訳ございませんでした｣だって。まともな感覚してたら予約の取り直しとか提案してくるでしょ。やる気無さすぎて本当にびっくりする。他の掲示板等で弘前店がボッロクソに叩かれてる理由が分かった。そんな基本的な客への連絡もまともに出来ないんだから家建てるときの打ち合わせとかもテキトーなんだろな。伝えた、伝えてないとかで揉めそう。絶対こんな所では家建てたくないわ。 It's dangerous, but here.
