f	fuku wolfgang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 妻の誕生日にディナーでもと、以前から気になっていたこのお店に予約させていただきました。結論から言うと、最悪です。コース料理を頼みましたが、パスタがあまりにも塩辛く(本当に食べられないレベル)、店員さんをよび、「塩辛くて食べれません」と途中で下げてもらいました。店員さんには謝っていただき、頼んでいなかったパンを持ってきていただきました。シェフがその時にテーブルにも来なかったことが気になりながらも、次のメインに期待していましたが、それも塩辛い(まだ食べれるレベル)。もうあきらめて全部食べ終わり、帰ろうと支払いをしていたところ、シェフが出てきて、塩辛い料理を出したことを謝るのかと思いきや、「パンにつけて食べてちょうどいいように濃いめにしている」「お年寄りのお客様が多いので味を濃いめにしている」とのことでした。私も調理師をしているのですが、もしあのとき返品した料理を味見していたらそんな言い訳が出来るはずないくらいひどい料理だったのに、よくそんな事が言えるものだと閉口しました。その他残念なことはたくさんありましたが、料理の出来よりも1年に1度しかない妻の誕生日を台無しにされたことが残念でなりません。このシェフの対応は、期待して来店している客を軽く見ているのだろうと思え、とても腹立たしく、二度と行くことはないと思います。ちなみに店員さんはとても良い接客でした。 For dinner on my wife's birthday, I made a reservation for this store that I had been interested in. When I gave up and finished eating and paid to return, the chef came out and thought he would apologize for serving a salty dish. “There are many elderly customers, so the taste is deeper.” I am also a cook, but if I was tasting the food that was returned at that time, it was so terrible that I couldn't make such an excuse, but I often closed that. There were many other unfortunate things, but I am sorry that my wife's birthday was ruined only once a year. The chef's response seems to be lightly looking at the customers who are expecting to come to the store, so I feel very annoyed and will never go again. By the way, the clerk was a very good customer service.
