飄	飄華 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 食べ物・飲み物はおいしかったですが、Lsizeの飲み物を頼んだのにMsizeを出されました。知らずに飲んでしまった後に気付き、差額の返金をお願いしましたが、作り直します、と一方的に同じ飲み物を出されました。そして、またMsize。また間違えたのかと思い、頼んでいたのはLsizeですよ、と言うと「さっきMだったので新しいものはM」…と、よくわからない対応をされました。作り直す→常識で考えればLsizeだと思うのですが…指摘したあとは大変不機嫌になられて、荒々しくLsizeの飲み物を用意しようとしておられたので、元々希望していた差額の返金だけを再び要求しましたが無言で無視し続けられました。他の店員さんが見かねて横から対応して下さり、返金だけ頂きました。以前、友人もLsizeを頼んだのにMsizeが出てきたことがあったそうです。間違いは誰にでもありますが、その後どう対応するのかをしっかり教育なさった方が良いかと思います。こちらでジュースを注文する際はsizeが間違っていないか注意が必要です。 Food / drinks were delicious, but I ordered a Lsize drink, but Msize was issued.
