壁と床を貼り替えて(天井ﾅｼ)、
トイレ本体(TOTOﾀﾝｸあり)
全てリフォーム。
思いきった理由は全てコミの税込19万円！
破格です！(赤字ギリギリだそう…)
家のトイレは小学生の息子の
飛び散りが凄まじいと話したところ
社長から「壁の下半分をパネルにしてはいかがですか？」との提案が！
パネルなら、染み込まないし、
拭くだけでいいし、匂わない！
何より掃除が楽！
パネルなので、見た目はまんまパネルですが、子どもの飛び散りがなくなれば、
また、元に戻せばいい話し。
現場見積り後、すぐにメールで見積書が届き、週末には工事完了。対応も早い。
とてもお若い社長と社員さんでしたが
誠実な仕事ぶりでした。
また、別件でお世話になる予定です。

内装リフォームをお願いした際には社長よりご提案のあった天然素材の杉板で一部内装を仕上げて頂きました。
社長以下、工事担当、職人さんと係わる人達が皆さん親切で頼りになる方ばかり。
このご時世の中で健康を配慮してくださりマスクも送って来てくださりました。
とても暖かさを感じれる方々だと改めて思いました。
家の事でまた何か困ったらお願いしますね！

4社からの見積もりをとりましたが、最初から最後まできちんと連絡のやり取りができ
他社にはできない発想の転換をし見事に素敵なお風呂場が出来上がりました。
社長はじめ社員の方々もとても感じがよく、工期予定よりかなり短くて完成いたしました。
毎日いろいろな場所の名湯につかり楽しんでおります。
他にもリホームの必要な場所がありますが、creahome さんにお願いしたいと考えております。
孫のような世代の方々の底知れぬ力に感銘いたしました。

初めに担当していただいた取締役の伊藤さんが、最後まで現場責任者として工事にあたってください、とても安心感がありました。伊藤さんの、相手の立場にたってただひたすら良いモノを作り上げようとするその姿勢には、私達夫婦共に心を動かされるものがありました。
モニターを移設したい、壁を壊して通路にしたい、などこちらの要望も快く聞いてください、ありがとうございました。住み始めて3ヶ月近く経ちますが、本当に居心地がよく快適で、主人と伊藤さんにお願いして本当に良かったね！とよく話しています。
