毎度、キャンセルは出来ておりませんがと言われてもそんなこと知ったこっちゃありませんよ。こちらは何度もお伝えしています。
確認取りますって何を確認されているのですか？
学生相手にしてるからって舐めてる仕事しないでください。迷惑電話ですか？
なお、もっと社内での情報共有するべきだと思いますし、キャンセルしたと仰るならしっかりと責任もってその作業をしてください。
