★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 寄せ豆腐のまるい容器はタブが付いていても開けにくくて買うたびに躊躇する。四角の容器も開けにくいが包丁が入れやすいのでなんとかなるのですが。。

There is no doubt the taste of tofu. I am glad that you can get Okara free of charge. It is quite delicious when cooked with green soybeans.

湯葉もがんもも厚揚げも美味しいのでいつも買いすぎてしまうのですが、それでもペロリと食べられます。黒胡麻豆腐は家で黒蜜をかけてスイーツとしても美味しく食べられます。
There are many types of tofu. Different soybeans have different tastes and make you want to eat various things.
Yuba, Ganmodoki, and Atsuage are delicious, so I always buy too much, but I can still eat it. Black sesame tofu can be eaten deliciously as a sweet by sprinkling black honey at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 運転中FM横浜を聴いていて、とても美味しそうだったので、そのままお伺いさせていただきました。こんなに近所にこんなに美味しいお豆腐やさんがあるなんて！(驚！)今まで知らずに損してた気分です(笑)どのお豆腐さんも素材に拘っていて、本物ってスゴいなぁと感じました。これからはお豆腐はここで購入させてもらいます❤
