整体と言えば骨を鳴らすようなイメージがあったのですが、先生の施術は筋肉を解しながら指先にゆっくりと力を入れていき、バランスを整えていくという方法でした。
マッサージされているような感覚でしたが終わってみると姿勢が良くなり、体のバランスも整っていました！！
刺激が全くないのでお年寄りやお子様にもおすすめ出来る素晴らしい施術でした✨
