★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて、娘と2人で仙台を訪れました。入り口が特徴的で最初は戸惑いました（笑）。東北のメニューがたくさんあり、とても美味しい食べ物ばかりでした。
スタッフもとても丁寧な方々ばかりで、話の中で沖縄の話をすると、沖縄で過ごした事のあるスタッフがおり、楽しくお話をさせて頂きました。他のスタッフの方々とも楽しくお話させて頂きました。
仙台四郎さんの事も教えてもらいました。沖縄へ戻った際、主人がテレビで仙台四郎さんを観たと・・
もっと早く知っていたら、四郎さんの隣で呑みたかったなぁ～と娘と話していたところです。
ご馳走様でした。
追伸、未来のお医者様と沖縄でまたお会いできたら幸いです?笑

仙台での仕事もうまくいったことだし久しぶりに居酒屋に行ってみようということで、かみさんが検索して選んだのがこちらのお店。
入口から特徴的で、木戸を開けてかがんで入るような作り。店内も伊達藩長屋というワードに沿った演出が施されている。
個室を取ってくれていたけど、カウンターの方が面白そうなので変更してもらう。お通しも凝っていて、干したシシャモとホタルイカ、ローストビーフを小さい七輪で自分で炙って食べるというもの。
料理も酒のアテにピッタリなものがたくさんあり、非常に嬉しくなる。
バイトの女の子に「りんご娘の王林ちゃんに声としゃべり方がそっくりだねぇ」と言ったら「私、王林ちゃんと同じ地区の出身なんです」と、まさかの返し。そこからは他の店員さんも混ざってトークで盛り上がる。
聞けば、週末はまだいいが平日は全然ですとのこと。この日も月曜で、我々以外は個室に女性が2人いただけ。世の中まだまだ動いていない。
確かに飲み物が若干高いので支払いはまぁまぁの金額にはなりましたが、接客も料理も満足。大変楽しい時間を過ごさせていただきました。

I heard that weekends are still good, but weekdays are not at all. This day was also Monday, and there were only two women in the private room except us. The world hasn't moved yet.

初めて行くと、まず入口に戸惑うかも知れませんね。
左下の勝手口の様なスライドの戸で、かがんで入らないとなりません。
入ると『いらっしゃいましぇ～』と方言？で言われ、吊るされた小太鼓をドンドンと鳴し迎い入れられます。(活気があります)
店内、席は昔（大正時代以前）の落ち着いた作りで、落ち着きます。
席に着くと香（無臭）に火を入れてくれます。
食事はどれも美味しいです。
特に焼き物・火鉢で焼くシリーズが美味しいです。酒が進みます（笑）
日本酒を飲む方に注意です。
木組みの徳利に該当する入れ物と枡が、使い込んでいる為か底から日本酒が滲み出してきます。（全部が全部ではありませんが高確率）
日本酒をのんびり堪能していて、ふと気付くとテーブルが大惨事になっています注意して下さい。

兎に角、何を食べても美味しいし定員さんの対応も素晴らしいです。
観光の度にこちらの系列店にお邪魔させて頂いてますが、この一店舗で〇〇のすべてが味わえますの謳い文句の如く、それぞれの土地の郷土料理やお酒を楽しむことが出き、大満足です。
今回、色々と我儘を言ってしまったのですが、すべて快く対応して頂き楽しい時間を楽しむことが出来ました。
牛タンはもちろん、お刺身や、シメの焼きおにぎりまでしっかり堪能致しました！
また、ぜひ伺わせて頂きます。

とある知人からこちらのお店を教えてもらい訪れましたが、まずお店の入り方がわからないというディープなファサード。
しかしその入口をくぐると、随所に郷土感を味わえる極上炉端焼き屋さんでした。
灯りがさまざまなところに使われ、狙いすました方言の接客用語が丁寧なサービスと一緒に提供されます。
牛タンから仙台味噌、海鮮、そして豚ホルモンまで全てが文句なしに美味しいお店です。
仙台に来たらリピート間違いなしのお店です。
下処理し過ぎないお肉の味が全てを物語っているようでした！
