★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 主人の礼服を作りました。一着で年中着れるのを勧めて頂きました。昼時でしたが昼食も取らず、女性はイヤな顔もしないで明るく接して下さいました。又、次もと思える女性でした。

年初にはサイコロを振って目が揃ったら割引してくれるイベントもしていました。
採寸等をしてくれた方はまぁ普通でした。可もなく不可もなし。
(サイズ直しをすることになったので、結果的に採寸に問題があったのかとは思います。)
出来上がりの連絡を受け、店舗に行くと対応した中年男性店員が最悪でした。
スーツを片手で雑に渡してきました。安いとはいえ、オーダースーツしたスーツですよ。何事かと思いました。試着した結果、膝周りがダボダボだったのでサイズ直しをお願いしたのですが、手で摘んで「これくらいですかね。」と決め採寸を一切しませんでした。
1週間位で出来ると言われていたのですが2週間経っても連絡がなくこちらから電話したところ「仕上がりの連絡はしました。」とのこと。
連絡はもらっていません。中年男性店員の態度を含めクレーム申し上げました。
サイズは可笑しいし、接客は悪いし、連絡したと嘘をつかれるし、もう耐えれませんでした。
取りに行くのも嫌ですしもう返品したいです。
万が一、サイズ直しが上手に出来ていても二度とダンカンというお店には行かないです。
知り合いにも絶対進めません。
二度目の受け取りの際は、電話でかなりクレーム申し上げたからか、非常に丁寧な対応をいただきました。
サイズ直しも問題はありませんでした。
しかし、帰宅後縫製を確認すると、ズボンの裾の縫製が非常に雑でした。
裾の汚い縫製の写真をアップします。
本社に連絡し、縫い直しをしてもらいましたが、とぼいて縫い直しとか非常に気分が悪いです。

It was said that it could be done in about a week, but after 2 weeks there was no contact and when I called from here, I was informed of the finished product.
I have not been contacted. We complained including the attitude of a middle-aged male clerk.
The size was funny, the customer service was bad, and when I contacted, I could lie and could not stand it anymore.
I don't want to go and pick up anymore.
In the unlikely event that you have successfully resized, you will never go to Duncan.
I will never proceed to my acquaintance.
At the time of the second receipt, we received a very polite response because we claimed a lot of complaints over the phone.
There was no problem with resizing.
However, when I checked sewing after returning home, sewing the trousers was very rough.

I contacted the head office and asked me to re-sew, but I felt very sick when I re-sewn.

洋服の青山やAOKIなどの既製品を購入するよりかは断然こちらの方がいい！新入社員の方などスーツを初めて着る人にはぜひともおすすめしたいお店！
駅近で利便性もよく、近くには大丸や高島屋など百貨店もある。
I think this shop is recommended if you want to make a cheap and fit suit! Female clerk? Maybe the store manager? Will take care of you.
This is definitely better than buying ready-made clothes such as Aoyama and AOKI! This shop is definitely recommended for new employees and other people who wear suits for the first time!
