I needed two medical certificates, so I asked them to make one. It's just super easy to write (not even one line) and it's the same sentence ? 2 sheets ¥ 6,000- Have it fixed ¥ 9,000-? I didn't write much about it, but it really caught me. Maybe it wasn't good that I left it to the teacher as well. Even if I corrected it, I didn't write anything about it, so I didn't want you to pay for the correction! Honestly, it's a level that I think is ¥ 3,000- for two! It's the same content ? If this was something else, it was still within the permissible range!
ミ	ミント on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かかりつけ内科からの紹介で原宿の伊藤病院を出た、豊島先生に診て頂きました。甲状腺が専門でとても穏やかで患者の声に耳を傾けて下さる方でよく説明して下さいます。他に整形外科、外科、内科があるようです。奥には、整形のリハビリルームがあり数多くの患者さんが次々に来ます。待ち時間は曜日や午前か午後でも違うと思います。甲状腺でお悩みがある方、一度豊島先生に診て頂いてはいかがでしょうか。私は先生に出会えたことに感謝しています。 (追記) 2021.8に移転されました。丸広向かいのビル6Fで駐車場はありません。1Fが焼肉屋さんです。 I was introduced by my family's internal medicine department to see Dr. Toyoshima, who left Ito Hospital in Harajuku. に	にゃんこがぉがぉチャンネル on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 甲状腺専門の病院が確か大阪にある病院と原宿の伊藤病院しかなかったと思います。こちらは伊藤病院から来た先生が診察してくれます。私はバセド病で前は内科で見てもらってましたが、今はこちらで甲状腺の専門医の先生に見てもらえて安心してます。ただ先生は話づらいです。移転をして雑居ビルの6階になりました。駐車場は無くなり近くの有料パーキングに止める様に変わりました。1番近いパーキングは雑居ビルの隣にあり、15分100円です。前に比べ移転後は比較的すいていますが、午前9時の始まりと午後3時の始まりは待つのでその時間をさけていくとすぐに呼ばれる事が多く駐車場代がうきます。 I think there were only hospitals specializing in thyroid gland in Osaka and Ito Hospital in Harajuku. It's relatively quiet after the move compared to before, but since we wait for the start of 9 am and the start of 3 pm, it is often called as soon as we avoid that time, and the parking fee will be charged.
