A barber shop near the Toshima Chuo-dori shopping street in Kita Ward. Even with Cut Plus shampoo, a young male manager kindly and politely responds at a reasonable price (¥ 2000). There was one customer, but the waiting time was short. The barber who used to go for a long time was temporarily closed due to the impact of the new Corona emergency declaration.
