★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 個人情報の取り扱いが異常。営業がしつこく、連絡中止を依頼しても電話や広告が郵送 されてくる。個人情報を専用ソフト内から削除してもらったにも関わらず、モデルハウスで書いたアンケートの個人情報を使って営業電話。この苦情を伝えると、部下のカイ ワがやった間違いは個人として謝罪すべきと言う上司の ツル ミ。この会社はおかしい。こんなところで家を買うとどんな問題が起きるのか、 よく、考えて検討してほしい。個人情報の教育も出来ていない会社であることを知っていただきたい。

品物のプレゼントキャンペーン中でしたが、いだだけませんでした。
3回ほど、請求をして、やっといただけました。
その際も、1週間以内にお持ちします！と言いながら、結局、3ヶ月かかりました。
その間も、セールス電話がバンバン鳴り、まずは約束を守ってから電話してくるべきだと思いました。
営業マンはその場しのぎの対応が目立ちました。
見た目の住宅はよかったのですが、対応が遅くて、料金の質問も明確に答えられない、説明できないのは、どうかと思いました。
住宅は素敵でしたが、この会社から家を買いたくないと思い、辞めました。

太陽光発電システムをつけると6300万と言われ、営業のツル ミは直ぐに契約させるためか、ここは人気ですぐなくなる。と断言していましたが6月現在未だ売れていないようです。担当していた若い営業のタグ チは最初から太陽光発電システム導入したいと言っていたのに打ち合わせに反映されておらず、仕方なく2回目で上記金額を知りました。値下げしろと言いましたが、それも反映されず。また寒い時期にモデルハウスに見学に行きましたが、寒くて凍えました。グランディハウスなんて聞いたこともありませんでしたが、契約しなくて良かったと思います。

購入までに何度か今見られる物件すべてを見学に伺いましたが、担当者の方だけでなく詳しい方複数名でしっかり家の説明をしてくださいました。
特に構造部分などのこだわり箇所を重点的に説明いただいて、デザインよりも丈夫さを重視していた我が家にはマッチしたのが決め手でした。
購入の意志決定をしてすぐに、HPから該当物件情報を消していたのも好印象でした。
見学に行った時期がよかったのかもしれませんが、手厚く対応していただき安心できました。
