M	Mikan Rich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 常連客をも馬鹿にする最悪の店。あんこ巻きの生地の調合を間違えて水を過剰に入れたもを出してきて、案の定焼くのに失敗し文句を言ったら男の若憎店員が「うちはいつもこれ（この調合）。まともに焼けない素人に文句言われる筋合いはない」と返してくる。何度もこの店でまともに焼いてきた客に対する言葉なのか。仮に調合が間違っておらず、客の主張を信用できないなら、そもそも焼いてから出すか、「焼き方をお教えしましょうか」と言うべきだろう。客に手放しで任せるなら、失敗する客の面倒まで見ることを込みのサービスにするべきなんじゃないの。さらには、「ならば焼いて差し上げます」といって焼き直して「ほら、成功するだろう」と言われても、正しい調合の生地でやり直したんだから当たり前。まるで、店員は簡単に獲れるのに客には絶対に獲らせない悪質クレーンゲーム店のよう。弁解はできても謝罪するという発想がこれっぽっちも無いらしい。 The worst shop that makes regular customers stupid. The reviews don't lie - the food is incredibly delicious. People stared at us a little bit in the beginning because we were foreigners but they were so nice and helped us with the all Japanese menu. The woman in charge there even prepared the first Okonomiyaki for us. We also had Yakisoba. Everything was very good and I loved our stay there! :)
