一誠堂さんの栗きんとんは表面に焼き色が付けられており、中には細かく刻まれた栗の実が包まれています。
栗の実の食感がアクセントとして楽しめ、ペーストのみの栗きんとんとはまた違った味わいを感じます。

本物の笹の葉に巻かれていて見た目も素敵。あんこの甘みもちょうど良く、私一人で２、３個食べちゃいました。
Domyoji Mochi! It was delicious.

上品な甘さ、手作り感のある生地、とても美味しかったです。ちなみに栗は松本産のものを使っているとのこと。季節に合わせた御菓子があるのは嬉しいですね。
