受け取った際、「印刷ミス何回もして割高になっています。封筒の印刷はもう受けません。」と仰っていましたが、それをお客に言うのはいかがなものかと。
そしてもう受けないと言うならHPの項目に封筒と書くべきではないと思う。
印刷ミスはそちらのミスなのに「割高」と意味が分からない。
 I asked to print an envelope, but the price is high.
When I received it, I was told, "I made many printing mistakes and it is expensive. I will not print envelopes anymore." But how about telling that to the customer?
And if you say you won't receive it anymore, I don't think you should write an envelope in the HP section.
I don't understand the meaning of "expensive" even though the printing mistake is that mistake.
