恐ろしく高価なシャンプー・トリートメントを買わされ(総額3万円弱)言われた通りの、お手入れを1ヶ月実践しても、良くなるどころか…
抜け毛は増えるし髪はバサバサ
何がどうなったのか？1カ所はパーマをかけたようになってます。
お店にクレームを言ったけど、すぐに効果の出るものではないとか、施術後24時間に髪の毛を結んだりするとクセが付いてしまうとか(もちろん24時間は結んでなんかいません)
スタッフの説明が悪かったとか
『状態を一度見させてください』とは、一言も言われませんでした。
毎日シャンプーする度に、パーマがかかってるような部分がダンゴのようになって悲しくなります。

I complained to the shop, but it seems that it will not be effective immediately, or that if I tie my hair 24 hours after the treatment, I get a habit (of course I do not tie it for 24 hours).
The staff did not explain it well
No one said, "Let me see the condition once."
Every time I shampoo every day, the part that seems to be permed becomes like a dango and I feel sad.
