★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 毎日どこかしら身体に不調があるのですが、病院に行ってもなかなか改善されず。
なので何か新しい事をと考え、気になっていた鍼灸を試してみました。
初めてで不安でしたので、知り合いに紹介してもらったこちらの鍼灸院に。
開院したばかりと聞き、院長も若い人なので大丈夫かな？と不安でしたが、今までたくさんの人の治療をしてきたとのことで一安心。
男性が苦手なので女性が院長というのも個人的には好印象。
院内はマンションの一室なので、自宅で治療を受けているかのようで、こういうのも良いなと思いました。
肝心の治療ですが、身体の不調について親身になってしっかりと聞いてくださり、とても感動しました！病院ではほとんど話しを聞いてもらえず薬を出されるだけなので…。
鍼はたまにチクッとしたかな？ぐらいで、ほとんど何も感じず、痛い！ともなりませんでした。
揉みほぐしもしてもらいましたが、私の身体が悪すぎるらしく痛い箇所が多々(笑)
しかしやってもらった後はとてもスッキリしていました。結論として、とても満足！
私の日々の体調の悪さは長年の悪いものが蓄積されてるからで、定期的なケアが必要と言われました。しばらく通ってみようと思います。

I wonder if my niece sometimes gets a little ticked. It almost hurts without feeling anything! It was not good.
I also had a massage, but there are many places where my body seems too bad and hurts (lol)
However, I was very refreshed after receiving it. In conclusion, very satisfied!
My poor physical condition has been accumulated over the years, and I was told that regular care is needed. I will try to go for a while.

引越しを期に、鍼の施術で自分の体と合うかどうかや、通いやすさ等で探して何件かまわってた所に、イーリスさんに出会いました。
女性の施術者なので、私自身も安心してお任せ出来ますし、体に響くような鍼の施術は苦手だとお伝えした所、そこも考慮して施術をして下さいます。
毎月何度か通わせていただくようになってから、よく起こっていた頭痛も出なくなったりして、効果も感じています。
初回の施術後の翌朝に、足のスッキリ感に感動して、よし、ここに通おう！と決めました。
鍼に通うようになるまでは、接骨院や整体、リラクゼーションのマッサージなどにも何件か行きましたが
一時の効果しか感じられず、最終的に鍼に行き着きました。今の所関東にいる間は、一番効果を感じられている鍼にこれからもお世話になろうと思っています。
これからもイーリスさんにお世話になるつもりですので今後とも宜しくお願い致します。
施術者さんは女性で優しい方なので、鍼が恐いとか、私のように痛みに弱い方にもオススメしたいです

Before I started going to acupuncture, I went to a few clinics, manipulative treatments, and relaxation massages.
I felt only a temporary effect, and finally I arrived at acupuncture. While I am in Kanto for now, I will continue to take care of the acupuncture needles that are most effective.

The practitioner is a woman and kind, so I would like to recommend it to people who are afraid of acupuncture or who are vulnerable to pain like me.
