★ ★ ★ ★ ★ webでは買取品の参考価格を電話で教えます。と書いてあるのに一切教えてくれません。客が居るから無理との一点張り。男性の電話対応は良くないです。客や売るものに興味がないと見下した話し方をします。これで店頭ならもっと良くないと思いました。大黒屋は都内がおススメです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この店のおじいちゃん店主は法令遵守意識がかなり低く、店の前の国道125号沿いの歩道の端の下水板の上に毎度のように移動式の電光掲示板を置きます。この付近で他の店はしっかり法令遵守してて各自の敷地内に幟などを置いてるのに大黒屋は新参者のくせして非常に悪目立ちしています。はっきり言って邪魔なので見かける度に警察に通報してますが指導が入っても半分隠れる程度引っ込めることが多いです。大黒屋の営業推進部にクレーム入れなきゃダメですね、ここは。店主に2度「公道上だから私物は置くな」と直接クレームを入れたことがあり、「本社の連絡先を教えろ」と言ったが即答できない始末。「それなら調べてくれ」と言ってもなかなか答えられないという低能ぶり。クレームを避けるために答えるつもりがなさそうな感じです。その程度の店なので買い物はしませんし、「あなたが来なくても店は潰れない」と云われたので今後もこの店では売買しません！よそに行けばここより安くてまもとな接客する店が沢山ありますから。一日も早く潰れて欲しい店の1つです。☆は0で十分です。

金の指輪を査定してもらいましたが
金1グラムの買取値段は教えないし
グラム数も教えないし
金の指輪の総額しか教えてくれませんでした。
店内でスマホで検索したらいきなりキレ気味に
買い取る、どうする！と言い出し
結構ですと店を出ました。
とんでもない爺さんです！
他で査定してもらったら買取価格7000円も
高く買い取ってもらいました！

使わないルイヴィトンの財布をもっていったら買い取り額100円だと(笑)。
当たり前だが店を出てワンダーレックスで購入額より高いプレミア高額で買い取ってもらい、晩御飯を美味しく頂きました。
大黒屋古河の男が一番腹立たしいのは、建設会社経営する私に対し「彼女はもうこの財布使わないの？使えばいいのに。」と。は？55歳の私に彼女？孫いる年だろうよ。しかも普段足のレクサスをオーブンにして店前停めているのに人見て物言えよ。と思った次第です。
古河市で何百億資産持つ方で片手間の道楽で買取屋されてるかは知りませんが(笑)、いい年なら礼節を知るべき。
人として、こうはなりたくないと思う人間の見本(笑)みたいな接客に笑いが止まらないお店です。
行く価値も存在する価値も全く無し。
