★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ハウスメーカーから見積りをもらい、実物が見たくて店舗へ行ったが、見積りの商品をスタッフがいつまで経っても探せず諦めたのか、一旦店の奥へ姿が消えたと思ったら10cmくらいの小さな布を持ってきて「これが見積りの商品です」と言い切った！そんな物が見たくてわざわざ足を運んだわけではない。店内には沢山の商品があるのに探せず実物は見せてもらえずじまい…。HPにはオーダーカーテンだのトータルコーディネートだの調子の良いことを謳っているが、接客は最低で下下下の下！うわべだけの接客で、高いのはお高く気取ってるだけだった。大手ハウスメーカーから苦労もせずに仕事が入る為か、客側の立場を無視していて、商いを馬鹿にしている。

I didn't bother to visit such a thing. There are a lot of products in the store, but I can't find them and can't see the real thing ... The HP claims that the order curtains and total coordination are in good condition, but the customer service is at least below and below! It was a superficial customer service, and the only thing that was expensive was that it was expensive. Perhaps because he can get a job from a major house maker without any trouble, he ignores the customer's position and makes a fool of his business.

また、家の間取りを見た上で、カーテンの開きかたや、レールの付け方など提案してくれま方。大変満足の行くカーテン選びができました。カーテンの質もとても良さそうです。
